Asked by Woody - Programs offline.: Microsoft word and all other Microsoft programs are not working,  looked in the system and it say's they are offline,  Do I set Microsoft as the default programs,  do I need to re-load and which area do I find my installation key No, I can't remember where it was, eg: systems or something.

Anonymous Says: Sounds like your connection is out or you are on VPN and not connected?  I get the same message saying offline with microsoft outlook whenever this is the scenario.  Could be internal network at company is out temporarirly also.
