Anonymous Says: Go into your outlook options by first clicking on "file" then click on "options".   On the left hand panel you will see an option that says "people" (note that older outlook versions will have the wording a little different but its mostly the same).  You will then see a photograph option checkbox on the right where you can turn this on or off so the profile photos wont show anymore.
