Posted by Anonymous - Some Websites Won't Play Videos : Not all but certain websites won't play videos for me anymore, this is a recent thing. I have Windows XP with service pack 3 and use Firefox. My Flashplayer is the updated and works on some websites. On MSN websites it says my browser doesn't support these videos and on this website below I get a message that says the selected item is not currently available and I contacted the website, they say videos are working fine but didn't have a specific answer for why I'm having trouble. http://www.cbc.ca/player/news/Canada/North

Anonymous Says: They are actually checking to see if you are in canada and if not, they wont play it. Its not really a computer issue.
