Guest Says: If you cant remember your password or secret words (I have no idea which email service you are referring to, but htey are mostly all the same for security), then I would just sign up for a new email id. This time make sure you remember your information, its there for a reason, and its not up to anyone else to know your information, and in most cases even that information is encrypted so even the people working at the company cant even see it.
