I see images on instagram that have blur square on the side borders on the pictures. It blurs the size of the picture but doesnt affect the rest of the picture.
I'm not sure how to explain it other then the border looks blurry, like it has a blur square on each side either top or bottom horizontally or vertically on the sides of the image.
