I'm using Dish Satellite and my screen is to wide. For example some shows have numbers in the corner and they aren't showing because the screen is to wide, its perfectly clear so its not like thats a problem with clarity, just rolling off the sides of the screen.
It also doesn't matter left or right, both sides of the dish receiver seems to be just off on the wide side. I say dish receiver because I tried it on my other tv and its just too wide too

Press * on the remote control, it cycles through different screen options and that should fix it

awesome, I had this same problem for a while now with dish network and this fixed the problem! I thought my tv had something wrong with it lmao
