How can I block a caller from calling me with my iphone?

Starting with iOS 7 this feature is now automatically on your iphone.  If you dont have iOS 7 then make sure to upgrade as there is alot of good features like call blocking, message blocking and facetime blocking, along with stuff like Airdrop and the itunes radio stations which is free.

To block a caller, tap recent to see the calls, then tap the i on the right of the callers number, then you will see a block option.
