Edited Videos Won't Play On Onetruemedia Website

This is a website that I use to upload pictures and videos to edit and then I load them on Youtube. The videos will play fine on Youtube but they won't load and play on onetruemedia. I had this problem over a year ago when I first got my new computer. I was able to play them fine with my old computer. I purchased my computer from best buy and had a 6 months contract with the geek squad and they went in and did something so I was then able to play them. The other day I tried to access one of my videos and edit it and it wouldn't play. I was told by Best Buy tech support that it could be my speed. My speed is fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem, thank you
