Response Code 19

I defined a CICS file online using CEDA. When I executed the program using the TRANSID, the error message is RESP code =19 meaning the CICS file is not open. I tried to open using CEMT FILE(....) but it does not work

You have to create a vsam file to use, you can't just use ceda and assume that you now have a file.
